Marita Rosado, Founder

Ms. Rosado, founder of MRP Business Solutions, believes in the integrity and excellence that her company provides to her clients.

Ms. Rosado’s vast experience spans through more than twelve years in the field of accounting. She has provided her expertise to a variety of industries, such as publishing, investment banking, public accounting, media industries, IT services, advertising, retail and wholesale apparel stores. She has held various positions ranging from managerial to senior positions, prior to incorporating her own accounting company.

Ms. Rosado’s expertise is in cost and schedule planning, preparing annual operating and capital expenditures, budgets, and project management, program planning and implementation. Her specialties include consolidation and preparation of financial statements, internal and external auditing, tax solutions, designing and implementing accounting systems, account analysis and reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting, payroll processing, and staff training and development.

Ms. Rosado’s company, MRP Business Solutions, provides accurate and efficient general accounting services, tax solutions, and billing services. She employs only educated and experienced accountants in order to provide the best service to her clients. Ms. Rosado is also affiliated with other CPA’s, IRS agents, and investment bankers.

During these years of working in various industries, Ms. Rosado saved the companies significant overhead costs by outsourcing such services as payroll and processing purchase orders by the Marketing Department and/or Operations Department.

Ms. Rosado obtained her Bachelors Degree from Marymount Manhattan College in Accounting. Prior to this, she completed her Business Administration Degree in Marketing at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. In 2006, Ms. Rosado completed her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
